Our Facility

Strategically located next to Hobby Airport in Houston, Texas, Bearings Plus serves the turbo-machinery market in the Gulf Coast and across the globe. Our 20,000 square foot climate controlled facility incorporates both our engineering and manufacturing functions, and serves the needs of a broad range of customers - including independent overhaul shops, Original Equipment Manufacturers, and a host of end users of rotating equipment.

Our Management 

Established in 1994, Bearings Plus is founded on technical excellence and the ability to solve problems and follow up with custom designed hardware. Bearings Plus is owned and managed by Dr. Fouad Zeidan. Dr. Zeidan holds seven U.S. Patents for integral squeeze film dampers, and high performance journal and thrust bearings and has more than 20 years of experience in rotating machinery. He specializes in analysis and design of bearings, especially in rotordynamic analysis and bearing optimization. Prior to joining Bearings Plus, he held positions at Amoco Research Center, IMO Industries CentriMarc Division, and Qatar Fertilizer. He has published more than 30 technical papers and articles on various turbomachinery topics.
